Firstly tell us the dates you would like to reserve, we will hold these dates for a week while you arrange your flights. ( We recommend that you do not book your flights first.) Once you have booked your flights contact us to confirm booking and once we have received your deposit a booking contract will be sent to you.
We require £100 booking deposit which is non refundable.
The balance will become due 6 weeks before departure.
The directions and any other information you may require will be sent to you when the balance is received in full. A £100 security deposit will be required when the balance is due. This is refundable if you leave the apartment in good order. If there are small breakage's such as plates, glasses etc, please just tell us about them, we will NOT retain your security deposit for this, we understand that these things may happen sometimes.
We recommend that all clients take out adequate holiday insurance. We do have insurance for our property but they do not provide cover for clients and we will not be responsible for any accidents.
Times in and out of the apartment are as follows , however we will be as flexible as possible depending on other bookings. This can been arranged nearer your holiday.
